How to have your best day - everyday

When you have your day planned you wake up with clarity, energy, and excitement!

If we are not clear on what we want, we can find ourselves in a place full of distractions, and chaos.

I have created a system every Sunday where I’ll have a look at my schedule for the following week and will set intentions for everything that I need and want to get done.

It’s always a lot so this brain detox and listing everything down helps me get the big picture and see what needs to be prioritized.

It makes me feel a lot lighter and I have fewer worries when the week is sketched as I know what’s happening - even when there are changes, which is natural.

Planning out your morning and the next day helps to win the morning and get the day going in a very different way!

This is a game-changer for anyone who wants to start their morning practice, change habits and create the days they want!

It means that I decide what’s included in my morning practice and set intentions for the day already in the evening.

I include some kind of movement that helps get my body going and breathing in my morning practice. Nowadays I don’t have the possibility for longer meditations in the morning with Stella, so I often use the foam roller, do some yoga poses and breathe consciously to get my body and mind going.

Then I do some journaling or writing when she naps in the morning or later during the day or in the evening. There’s some flexibility here as I’m not a fan of strict rules :)

I believe we all need to find our own way of doing things but it's important to question our habits and mindsets because we become blind to them.

The Clarity method which is part of the Conscious Creator helps you to stay aligned and connected with yourself daily.

  • For the day, I list my three priorities and set a positive vibe with them, I call them my three Love To-Dos.

  • I set intentions on how I want the day to run and how I want to feel throughout my day.

  • As my weeks are full it means juggling between work, household chores, and motherhood I make sure to plan time for downtime and exercise.

Without planning self-care and wellbeing, and feel-good moments are rarely happening.

The daily and weekly planning helps to feel centred and things flow in a relaxed way when there’s no need to stress out of it all.

The power of intention and planning is like magic, said one of my clients: “The days just seem to go as intended, with less stress and effort, and there’s always enough time.”

To have clarity daily: plan your mornings in the evening and decide what you are going to focus on each day.

It takes less than five minutes!

What is coming into your way of prioritizing your wellbeing and emotional balance daily?

Warmly, Jenni
