How to manifest anything you want in your life

The other night I went to the gym with my husband Joonas by car as it was raining heavily and when we came back home, there were no parking spots available. Not a single spot!

It was still pouring down and we were both drained.

Before we left for the gym, I thought, “It will be difficult to find a parking spot late in the evening.”

But, I wasn’t able to shift to a positive intention right away, on the go, which is the only way to take the power away from any negative intentions, consciously or subconsciously.

I recognized my intuitive thought and had even seen an image of us driving around in the rain late at night trying to find a parking spot.

But after a long day, I was tired of taking care of everything and just wanted to check out.

So in this case, my intention was basically the image I saw in my mind.

And the result…

Well, we ended up driving around for 30 minutes both feeling drained until we finally found an overnight spot…meaning that we would need to move the car before 7 am in the morning.

I promised to do it as I had to get up for a 7 am call anyway and Joonas needed to leave to the airport for his business trip at the same time.

So the next morning, I got up early to move my car and yet again I ended up driving around the same blocks; there was still no space!

I got frustrated and annoyed.

I  expected it to be so difficult and I would miss my morning routines and would end up being late for my call.

I hate being late and rushed and start my mornings off on the wrong foot!

I knew that those growing negative feelings were not going to help me so I stopped my car...

I focused on my body, took deep breaths in and turned inwards to set clear intentions for finding a parking place.

I created a mini-movie in my mind and envisioned a free parking spot in the next block.

After a couple of minutes, I started driving again… and there was a free parking spot!

But it was quite small and I wouldn’t have been able to reverse into the spot as it was still rainy and dark I wanted an easier spot.

So I stopped again, and this time I added more details into my vision and decided to play with the universe even more.

I said out loud (more powerful than just thinking or writing things down) smiling that I needed a better spot where I can just drive in easily.

I chose to feel that success was inevitable.

What were the odds anyways?

I ditched the last bit of resistance and relaxed so I could see the perfect, large parking spot in my mind and how happy I was already then about it.

I felt it was right there waiting for me.

And there it was, I found a perfect spot where I was just able to drive-in!

As I stepped out of the car, I saw a sign of a massage place, Healing Hands.

Some time ago, I had set an intention to find a masseuse who specialized in craniosacral massage and there it was; only a couple of blocks away from my home.

If I wouldn’t have demanded and shown high self-worth (that’s another practice) for a better spot I’d have missed the place or it would have taken longer for me to find it.

I took that as a great reward; we are worthy and deserving to have the very best in life.

I started a mind game with parking spots and love signs (you probably guess why ;)) to practice with the universal laws and to start creating my life consciously by setting intentions for my desires.

I have used the same method for manifesting beautiful homes, team members, shoes, clothes, money, green smoothies on the go, business of course, and I use it daily for creating the feel-good days by setting my intentions with the feelings.

I was amazed that I could actually use this for anything by using the method of using visualization, feelings, and thoughts, and it was really about my ability to receive, aka the level of self-worth.

Have you ever been in a situation where you haven’t found a parking spot?

Well for me, no…

You will always find it somewhere even if it takes longer or is further away, right. You know it’s happening but you just don’t know how exactly.

Things will always fall in place and you can actually help yourself by creating the days, weeks and the life that you want.

We naturally get creative and new possibilities always show up when we open our minds, but you have to make clear choices, feel worthy and believe that it’s possible for you - whatever you want and need.

What is the difference between a goal and an intention?

Goals are hardcoded, fixed tasks or projects that you know how you can make happen as you have what it needs.

While intentions are softer and more expansive, set beyond the boundaries and trusting the process of life. Intentions are based on feelings, the authentic heart-based desires and include you're why - the purpose and the reason - behind it.

It allows more space for ease, grace and unexpected good to occur in our lives.

What can come in the way are the limiting beliefs and learned patterns, which can be changed.

When I see my intentions are fulfilling daily it feels like magic is happening, said one of my clients.

You already do all this naturally… how could you start practicing the mind game and use intentions and manifesting consciously on a daily basis?

When you start playing and have fun with it, miracles will happen.

Let me know how it goes!
