Lately I have been stretching myself towards new territories and following my long-term visions by taking my business online, which means I’m offering free masterclasses, workshops, and premium coaching programs online.
I can tell all these actions; making videos and getting myself out there, have been taking me out of my comfort zone.
On Monday morning I was pulling my hair out and shivering nervously while I was sitting at my desk and staring at my phone for 20 minutes to find the courage to go live on Facebook.
Then I decided not to give a damn about my face expressions, wrinkles or accent. Not to mention I had been terrified of those blank moments of losing words that happen especially when speaking the first time of anything.
I knew it was the big leap I had to take sooner or later and to get over my fears.
My desire was louder than my fears, and I had no other option than to go for it: I have promised to serve my audience, and this is something I really desired and actually enjoy of - no matter the fears.
I was not perfect, will never be, but I am good enough. After a couple of videos, I felt much more confident. I trust I’ll be learning my way of sharing my message and using video for it.The hardest part is over and the first step is taken.

While we are moving forward towards the next phase, vision, or dream: we have to go through that delicious and exciting learning curve.
I want to scratch the surface of the very common belief: “some people are just lucky” or “they just smarter and have more courage of doing big things” - If you think about people you admire, they haven’t got there without facing their fears, beliefs and patterns. They have faced them to make it happen.
If someone is claiming something else, I bet they are sleeping in their comfort zone and are not even close to their true potential.
When we want to reach our dreams and goals we have to start from somewhere - and take conscious action. It’s human to feel the fear that keeps us alive. But some fears limit us as well, like fear of success, happiness, and failure…

It’s easy to push the fear away: not to think about it and live in denial. Often the fears are so unconscious that we don't even recognize them. And then we satisfy less than we deserve.
Until something happens and the resistance gets louder. It can be an obstacle that forces you to choose: either go for it or back up. Sometimes, the battle just gets louder until you are willing to listen what it has to say and be vulnerable, authentic you (which is the superpower), which is enough.
Sometimes, the inner battle just gets louder and louder, until you are willing to listen what it has to say and be vulnerable, authentic you.
Obstacles and inner resistance are offering an option for taking the next step. Obstacles are showing the way towards your true desires that make you feel alive and thrive.
No need to make forceful impulsive decisions but, take a moment and stop to see your fears and play with options:
What would you achieve, or what path would open up to you, if you wouldn’t let that fear hold you back?
Small steps start big leaps.
